Olvid Messenger

French end-to-end encrypted messenger built around mutual identity verification without a mandatory phone-number directory. Olvid open-sources its mobile clients and AWS server core under AGPL, but high-assurance evaluation remains constrained by legacy certification scope and partially stripped enterprise server components.
