US-based but fully open-source (MIT) local-first runtime for running large language models on your own hardware. Ollama can run fully offline and also provides optional cloud models and paid plans when you need bigger remote capacity. Note: Ollama is headquartered in the US but included here for its open-source nature and strong local execution path.
