LuLu

LuLu is a free, fully open-source macOS firewall from Objective-See that alerts on new outgoing network connections and lets users allow or block them with persistent or temporary rules. It also supports profiles, block/allow lists, and an integrated network monitor, making it suitable for Mac users who want local privacy and traffic-control tooling without a required cloud service.
