FHEM

FHEM is a self-hosted, Perl-based smart-home automation server for users who want to run home automation on their own hardware such as a Raspberry Pi, NAS, or PC. It can automate lights, shutters, heating, and other household devices, log sensor data, and integrate many protocols and services through its built-in web interface, TCP/telnet interfaces, and optional frontends.
